In as much as this may likely ne bleaching, One thing I've come to see too is that sometimes it's not every time that someone gets lighter that u would say that person is bleaching. Change of lifestyle, colder weather like always using AC, and using a car can make your skin lighter as a result of lesser exposure to sunlight.
