Wawu!! Black Man Gets "Working" White P#nis During Transplant

A black man, has become the third patient to have undergone a successful penis transplant at a shocking cost.

The transplant, which was undertaken on April 21 at the Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town, of the new organ fitted on the 40-year-old man was however white.

Reports indicated that the patient had lost his organ during a traditional circumcision procedure which went wrong.

With the success of the surgery, the man will now be able to have sex and urinate while standing up for the first time in seventeen years.

Speaking on the surgery, Professor Andre van der Merwe said:

“The patient is black, and the donor was white. We have very few donors for this transplant procedure. But that is the only issue left. 

“He is certainly one of the happiest patients we have seen in our ward. The peen is working well, he can get erections already. 

“The patient is expected to regain all urinary and reproductive functions of the organ within six months of the transplant.”
