Winter is here and Game of Thrones is back on our screens with its seventh season.
However, this time it gave us a wonderful surprise as British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran appeared in the Game of Thrones season-seven premiere in a hilariously random cameo, singing a folksy tune.
He plays a soldier from King’s Landing, part of a small group in transit in the woods. The lyrics are from a song that appears in George R.R. Martin’s source material, the Song of Ice and Fire books: “For hands of gold are always cold, but a woman’s hands are warm.”
