The actor, who was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction, can be heard telling a black police officer that he will go to hell because he is a black man.

The video has stirred outrage on social media and disappointment among the actor’s fan who had been impressed with his anti-Trump protest earlier on this year. The actor had campaigned against Trump, saying that the American president plans to divide America. 

Labeouf then went on to tell a white police officer that his wife is addicted to African American porn.

According to TIME, the actor was arrested after he became disorderly while asking a police officer for a cigarette. He used profanities and vulgar language in front of women and children.
