Nnamdi Kanu, Radio Biafra director and leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB has arrived the Federal High Court Abuja for consideration of his bail application.
Kanu was earlier arraigned Kanu before Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the same court by the Department of State Service, DSS, on a six count charge of treasonable felony, but Kanu had expressed his reservation for the Judge, saying he has no confidence in him.
Following his vote of no confidence on the judge, the matter was transferred to Justice John Tsoho who adjourned the matter till today for ruling on Kanu’s bail application.
