Providence has smiled on Bashar Aliyu, a teenager who has a penchant for designing different type of cars. He had a dream of developing his talent by studying Automotive Design and today, he moved a step towards achieving the dream after he met with the state governor, Aminu Tambuwal, and got awarded a scholarship to study the course in an American University.
