Francis Anderson, 38, Gift David, 18, Richard Toria, 23, and Barikwa Godspower, 32, were all in tears today as they were being paraded after being apprehended earlier today by officers of the Rivers State police command, following a tip-off by a citizen who reported suspicious movements at a waterfront in Port Harcourt.
