Veteran actress, Veronica Njoku, who played Ramota in the popular TV series, "New Masquerade" - a Nigerian sitcom that aired on the Nigerian Television Network on Monday nights in the early 90s, has passed away.
The actress passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, in Lagos, Nigeria.
Confirming her demise to Sky Trend News, Tony Akposheri, who played Zaccheus in the TV series said;
"Yes, it is true that Veronica Njoku is dead."
