Kcee has finally broken his silence on the dollar photo theft incident which occurred a few days back.

The "Limpopo" crooner has decided to make light of being accused of stealing the photo of dollars as he took to his IG page to post a cartoon, which references Oge Okoye's own case where she was accused of passing off Kenya Moore's puppies as hers.
