Man Kicked Off Flight For Demanding To Use the Toilet

A man identified as Kimi Hamilton, who was traveling from Atlanta to Milwaukee on a Delta Air Lines plane to see his wife and kids, has been kicked off a plane after urgently needing to use the bathroom.

The victim needed to use the toilet as take-off proceedings were underway but instead was kicked off the flight.

A fellow passenger Krista Rosolino, then took to social media to blast the airline for Hamilton's removal from the April 18 flight.

However, the Delta Air Lines quick-take on this incident is that federal law requires passengers to comply with crew instructions or run the risk of being seen as a security threat.

Delta said Wednesday in a statement;
"Our flight crews are extensively trained to ensure the safety and security of all customers,"
"It is imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions during all phases of flight, especially at the critical points of takeoff and landing."

  2. But that's bad, if he wants to use the toilet, nothing is bad there, is not enough reason to be kicked off from the plane.
