Coming days after the allegation, Sahara Reporters had published a document it obtained from the examination body declaring that Senator Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba, forged both his secondary school certificate and “Confirmation of Result” letter which was presented to the British authorities.
The letter dated February 12, 2014, addressed to George Smith of Public Agencies, located at 57 Peel Road, Wembley Middlesex, HA9 7LY in the U.K by WAEC stated that the “Letter reference no. L/CR/CONF/05465089 dated 21st November, 2013 is fake.”
According to WAEC, Sen. Uba’s real results (above) as certified by WAEC in the letter addressed to Mr. Smith noted that the senator obtained credit score in only one subject, chemistry..
The letter’s stand however comes as a sharp contrast to the WAEC result presented by the Senator who claimed to have obtained the following grades: English Literature 4, English Language 7, Christian Religious Knowledge 7, Economics 4, Statistics 6, Mathematics 6, Physics 4, and Chemistry 6.More details later
