Tell Us Who Killed Abiola & Yar’Adua – Fani-Kayode Tells Bamaiyi

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has asked former Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen. Ishaya Bamaiyi (rtd) to disclose killers of MKO Abiola, Shehu Musa Yar’adua and stop embarrassing former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Fani-Kayode conveyed this via his twitter account.

He wrote: “Instead of attempting to rubbish OBJ, Bamaiyi should tell us who killed MKO Abiola, Sani Abacha, Rear Admiral Omotehinwa and Shehu Yar’adua?

It will be recalled that Bamaiyi, in his new book, “Vindication of a General” had disclosed that Obasanjo kept him imprisoned for eight years not because he opposed his emergence as civilian President in 1999 but for fear of been overthrown.

He further wrote that the acclaimed winner of the June 12, 1993 Presidential election, MKO Abiola did not die of natural courses while in detention.

In his book, Bamayi, who was the the Army Chief during the government of former Military Head of State, Gen Sani Abacha challenged former Head of State, Gen Abdulsalami Abubakar(rtd), to tell Nigerians what killed Abiola.
