This Man Beheaded His Mom Yesterday Because She Stopped Him From Raping His Own Daughter In Edo State

Daily Trust reported that a 36-year-old man, Segun Odihiri, yesterday beheaded his 83-year-old mother, Maria Odihiri, in Uzzeba, Owan West LGA of Edo State.

It was gathered that Segun killed his mother for alerting the public while he was trying to rape his own daughter.

Trouble started when his mother started screaming when she caught Segun in the act. A witness, Mr Ekemeiren Ojekhugbo, said: “For him to cover his shame, he picked up a cutlass and cut off his mother’s head while the daughter ran for safety.”.

According to him, Segun earlier hid the body of the woman but was caught while attempting to dispose of it, adding that he was always threatened to kill her any time they had a misunderstanding. He was later taken to the Owan West Divisional Police Command in Sabongidda Ora.
