A likely merger and conversion of assets of Arik Air and Aero Contractors is one of the options being considered by the Federal Government (FG) in the buildup to a new national carrier for the country.

is it that ,,the airline owners are not making profit that they can't offset their debt...anyway,,if this merger eventually happens,,can our FG manage n maintain it well??....

ReplyDeleteWhat then is the problem..... The airlines do not perform well in terms of operations and debt payments when they had their own management and as well when management was taken over by AMCON
