ISIS Bomb Blast Kills 13 In Baghdad Just Two Days Into Ramadan

Thirteen people have been reported dead with 24 others left wounded after a car bomb exploded outside a popular ice cream shop in central Baghdad just after midnight today.

Iraqi officials revealed that dreaded Islamic State (ISIS) militant group, have claimed responsibility for the attack which happened just days into the holy month of Ramadan and they apparently remotely detonated explosives inside a parked car. 

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity in line with regulations.
