77-Year-Old Catholic Nun Spotted Enjoying Herself On Hover Board As She Goes To Vote (Photos)

The video of a 77-year-old nun, dressed in her habit, floated into a polling station on board a hoverboard, has gone viral.

The French Catholic nun, identified as Sister Fabienne from Les Filles du cœur de Marie, looked in total control of her unusual choice of transport as she went to cast her vote in the first round of the country's legislative elections.

Sister Fabienne, who was featured on the Christian Aleteia website, was taking some quick hoverboard lesson from the owner, father Aymeric de Salvert..

When asked about her mode of transport, she said;

"Oh you know, it sounds complicated like that, but now I'm a pro! 

"You just have to lean forward to go a little faster, and back to brake."

The footage was recorded in the town of Baugé on Sunday, and has been viewed more than 10,000 times.
