‘My Husband Will Return Soon" - First Lady, Aisha Buhari Tells Nigerians

Wife of the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, Mrs Aisha Buhari,yesterday, Saturday, June 3, assured Nigerians that the president was responding to treatment and would soon return to the country.

The president’s wife, who was a special guest at the 23rd Annual Ramadan Lecture of the Ansar-ud-deen Society of Nigeria (ADS) held in Abuja where she was represented by her Senior Special Assistant on Administration, Dr Hajo Sani said;

“My husband is recovering very fast. And very soon, he will return to the country to resume his official duties.” 

“I thank Nigerians for their prayers for my husband. Please, do not relent in your prayers,”
