Riyad Mahrez Begs Leicester To Reduce £40m Price Tag So He Can Move To Arsenal

Riyad Mahrez has asked Leicester to lower his £40million price tag as it has put suitors Arsenal and Tottenham off.

The attacking Algerian midfielder, who is set to move on, has asked to leave the King Power but doesn’t have a buy-out clause.

He wants to play in the Champions League – something Arsenal have a problem with – after producing his best form in an overall poor season in the competition as Leicester made the quarter-finals.

The Foxes are demanding a minimum of £40m for the 26-year-old.
