Italian side AS Roma have completed the transfer of Serbian left back Aleksandr Kolarov from Manchester City for a fee of £4.5m on a three-year deal.
Kolarov joined Manchester City from Roma’s rivals, Lazio, in a £16m deal in 2010 and played 247 times for the Citizens winning 2 League titles, 1 FA Cup title and 2 League Cup titles in seven years.
Speaking about the move, the 31- year old said:

On his time at City, Kolarov said:“I will give 100% and more for Roma. My objective is always the same: to win.”
“When I came in 2010, honestly, I didn’t expect to play so long.”
“Today is the day I have to say goodbye. For me, it’s a very sad day. I am proud that I was part of making City the club that it is.”
