Actress Eucharia Anunobi Speaks After Losing Her Only Son To Sickle Cell

Popular Nollywood actress and evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi, is currently in a grieving state over the death of her only son, Raymond Ekwu who reportedly died from Sickle Cell Anaemia on Tuesday.

The actress who was reached out to confirm the news spoke with the NET She said:

‘Thank you, I appreciate it, ‘My son has gone to our place of origin (heaven) to be with our daddy Jesus, waiting for me when I eventually go there at the fullness of time.’

When asked about what led to his death, she said:

‘Common, common’, she said, ‘God knows best.

Raymond was the only son of the actress and the product of her stormy marriage to Charles Ekwu.

The couple got married in 2000 and the marriage lasted till 2006 before complications began to set in.

The union became a subject of controversy after Eucharia moved out of her matrimonial home and accused her husband of infidelity, among other allegations.
