A 44 year old lesbian was arrested and arraigned for sexually assaulting a pregnant woman in Lagos state.
The incident reportedly happened at Eniola Aderinlo close in Ipaja, Lagos where both women reside.
According to reports, the lesbian identified to be Olamide Joseph, inserted a local made charm into the woman’s vagina in a bid to terminate her pregnancy.
She was arrested and remanded in police custody after the pregnant lady reported her to the police.
A police source who spoke to newsmen said Ola lured the victim who was pregnant to her house and molested her sexually after forcing her to her bed, inserted her fingers into her private part and fondled her without the consent of the victim.
She was arraigned before Mrs Davis Abegunde, the presiding judge at a Magistrates court in Ogba for sexual assault by penetrating her vagina under the Criminal Code.
Ola pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of N500,000 and two sureties in like sum. Her case was adjourned to August 14th, 2017 and she is to remain in prison pending the time she fulfills her bail conditions.

ReplyDeleteSo if she fulfills her bail conditions by paying the sum of 500k and having two sureties in like sum; that solves the problem, judiciary system in Nigeria is one sector that needs restructuring
