"Mere Sickness Can Not Make Buhari Resign" - APC Chieftain Lashes Out

An APC chieftain, Ekiti, Engr. Kayode Ojo, yesterday, asked those calling for President Buhari’s resignation to desist.

According to Ojo, who stated this in Ijero Ekiti on Friday, the president could not resign on “mere sickness”, however, that the protests are constitutional.

According to Daily Trust, Ojo also declared his intention to vie for the governorship seat of the state in 2018.

The governorship aspirant urged the citizens to support restructuring that would bring positive changes and not those that will cause cleavage in terms of ethnic and religious compositions.

  2. Well, in as much as I strongly supported this administration an initio, I am not in support of what this man is saying this time, his being sick long is enough reason for him to resign and let another carry out the full functions of a President and move this nation forward
