Lagos Police Finally Parade Kidnap Kingpin, Evans (Photos)

Following the conflicting reports of the arrest of the kidnap kingpin Evans, the Lagos Police Command on Sunday paraded the criminal mastermind to prove the authenticity of his arrest.

Evans and his gang members with their weapons were paraded at Lagos Police Command on Sunday.
